Alec Bumgarner’s interest in the Hospitality and Food Service Industry started a very early age. He would stand on a stool to help with cooking and this passion helped his decision to graduate with a Hospitality Management/Business Administration degree from East Carolina University and Culinary Certification from University of South Carolina’s School of Hospitality.
With more than 6 years of working in commercial kitchens, including a successful catering business and sous chef at a high-end restaurant in Greenville, NC, Alec understands the value and importance of working with quality equipment.
